What Happens When You Place Your Order
We will email you and give you a ring to confirm the order
Depending on the indicated lead time on your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your item is in stock at our suppliers and available for us to pick up. You will then receive a telephone call from us to schedule the delivery time/date. We offer a 5 day standard price service from Monday to Friday and have four booking times throughout the day being 9am, 11am, 1pm or 3pm. If you need the safe delivered on the weekend or outside of these hours, we can do it but will have to organise something with you.
You must be present or have someone there to inspect and sign for the safe. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
If the safe is to picked up or delivered to a limited access area, we will need you to tell us before we come out to you

- Restricted road access i.e. dirt roads.
- Churches, Mosques, Synagogues and Temples.
- Colleges & Universities.
- Construction Sites.
- Individual/Mini Storage Units.
- Mine Sites.
- Military Bases.
- Working shopping centres.

Delivery includes up to 2 steps or stairs. Any stairs or steps must be strong enough to carry the weight of the safe and several men.
